Microfluidic Device for Nanoparticle Formulation

Design and development using high-resolution resin 3D printing.

Microfluidic Device for Nanoparticle Formulation research process 1
01

Project objective

Develop a compact microfluidic device for nanoparticle formulation, using channel geometry and controlled fluid paths to support repeatable laboratory experiments.

02

Design & fabrication

The work combines iterative CAD design with high-resolution resin 3D printing to fabricate transparent microchannels, evaluate print quality, and refine the device for practical experimental use.

03

Current testing

The project is actively progressing through cleaning, channel-clearance verification, fluid-flow observation, and experimental iteration. Results and final performance measurements will be added as the research develops.

04

My role

I contribute across the device-development cycle, including design refinement, resin fabrication, post-processing, channel inspection, experimental preparation, and documentation of each iteration.
